My Review:
Just when you thought Secret was all set to be with Desmond – well this book throws all that out the window. Everything is in place for Secret to marry Lucas, one of the werewolf kings, but before she can do that, Secret must earn the acceptance of her southern pack family.
So begins a trip full of disaster and an assassin who’ll stop at nothing to make sure Lucas and Secret don’t make it down the aisle –alive. But who could it be?
With the vampire Holden, and her pining love Desmond by her side, she sets out to undergo her most terrifying mission to date – walking down the aisle in a white dress. Can Secret pull this off?
And what about all her family down south – not just the furry kind, but the witches, too? How can Secret keep things together?
Plus, just when you think this book is solely a love triangle, we get another suitor thrown in the mix!
And in Secret’s vampire world, Peyton is finally apprehended and locked away. But in order to keep him locked down, someone has to be blood tied to the lock. If the person dies, the lock opens, so it’s a good idea to pick someone who won’t be dying anytime soon, right? So should we be worried they picked new vampire Brigit to be the blood lock? Oh no, this is making me all sorts of worried, especially since Brigit and Secret are such good friends
And what’s with all the secrecy with Sig? Will we ever find out what’s really going on with the elusive master vampire?
Finally, make sure you’ve read Secret Santa before you read this book or the ending won’t be much of a cliffhanger. OMG can’t wait to read the next book!
