5 Kiss Review: King’s (The King Trilogy #1) by Mimi Pamfiloff

22043009

A NEW, DARK FANTASY FROM NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER, MIMI JEAN PAMFILOFF
“I am the man who can find anything or anyone. For a price. And my price is you.”
When Mia Turner’s brother goes missing in Mexico, while on an archaeological dig, she believes that life couldn’t get much worse. But when she’s blocked at every turn from finding answers, by both local and U.S. authorities, she must turn to a man she swears is the devil.

Others might be fooled by his private jet, fine tailored suits, and disarming smile, but Mia knows something dark, sinister, and unnatural lurks behind those penetrating, pale-gray eyes. And the more she learns, the more she realizes she may never be free again.

My Review:

Mia finds herself in the middle of a nightmare. Her brother, who is on a dig in Mexico, is abducted and no one believes her or is ready to help her.

At the end of her rope, she´s given a last glimmer of hope, a number and the promise that the man at the other end of the phone can find anything, but it will come at a steep cost...

Mia seals the deal with King, not knowing what she´s signed up for. But she´s about to learn how dangerous and how owned she is…

King’s is full of mystery, smut, action, and paranormal romance all in a great combo. I’ve already bought the next book in the series and I can´t wait to start it!

King’s features:

  • paranormal romance
  • sexual tension
  • mystery
