A Cyn & Raphael Novella
ALLEGIANCE . . . the ties that bind. Friendship, duty, blood.
TREACHERY . . . when friendship is abused, duty turns to burden, and blood is not enough.
UNFORGIVEN . . . because there are some things that can never be forgotten.
Allegiance . . . Treachery . . . Unforgiven.
War is imminent, and a spy has infiltrated Raphael’s estate. But his target is not Raphael; it’s his sister, Alexandra, whose earlier
duplicity nearly cost Cyn her life. Raphael and Cyn are determined to play the spy’s game, traveling to Mexico to discover who their enemy is and just how far he’ll go to win. But once Raphael finds his sister, can he take the chance that she won’t betray him again?
My Review:
It seems like one thing after another keeps happening to Cynthia "Cyn" Leighton and Lord Raphael. When a strange vampire named Pascal shows up at Jessica's House run by Lucia, Cyn moves into action to protect her friend along with Juro and Elke.
Lord Raphael has been expecting some kind of move against him; he just didn't know when.
Pascal believes he's fooled vampires and humans alike, but nothing could be further from the truth. Taking Alexandra hostage appears to be a bold move, yet Lord Raphael has layers upon layers of systems in place.
Cyn knows that Alexandra has the power to bring Raphael to his knees, but can do nothing to stop it from happening. Who’s behind Pascal's actions? Will Alexandra return to Raphael's? Your answers await you in Unforgiven.
~~~~~~~~~~
Unforgiven is yet another sizzling Cyn and Raphael book. If I can be totally honest, I thought Pascal was an asshole with too large of an ego.
Raphael and Cyn's relationship continues to be rock solid. I've been waiting for Raphael and his sister Alexandra’s storyline to be resolved one way or another. I truly hate his sister.
This novella definitely set up the next book, Vincent, and I truly recommend reading it. I’m most definitely looking forward to next installment of this series now!
Unforgiven features:
- erotica
- oral sex
- paranormal romance
- mystery
- suspense
