My Review:
Mercy Thompson is a mechanic and walker (shapeshifter) who can usually keep out of trouble. But when her former boss is arrested for murder he didn't commit, it's up to Mercy to prove he's innocent.
On top of all this, Mercy needs to choose between Adam and Samuel before it tears the pack apart.
Mercy meets Tim Milanovich, a member of Citizens for Bright Future, in a local pizzeria. Mercy has great time debating with him, but realizes he thinks she's flirting with him.
Mercy also meets Carrion Crow while investigating O'Donnell’s house for clues. Mercy discovers an ancient walking stick among O'Donnell’s things.
Jesse Hauptman is attacked by some school mates but she fears what her father will do to them if he finds them. Mercy calms Adam into reason over Jesse's attack and give an alternative solution to help Jesse.
Uncle Mike tells – or rather doesn't tell – Mercy that items are stolen from the fae homes. Zee's son, Tad, helps Mercy out by pointing her to a bookstore where she receives a Fae book written by the Fae.
It seems Mercy is getting too close to the truth and is stopped by an unlikely source. Who is really responsible for O'Donnell's murder? Who will Mercy choose: Adam or Samuel? Where does Tim Milanovich fit in? Your answers await you in Iron Kissed.

I truly enjoyed Iron Kissed and how we got to learn more about Zee's history. I just love his grumpy self and how he's mechanical genius, too.
