My Review:
Wanted: Wild Thing is labeled as the finale of the Midnight Liaisons Series, but it sure didn't read like it.
In Wanted... we learn of Ryder's story. She's an undercover Changeling - as only one of her friends knows what she truly is. Everyone else thinks she's human. She works at the Midnight Liaisons Agency and has trouble being around men. Every time she's around one who interests her, she starts to change into a hideously deformed dragon-like creature.
When she was younger, she visited a fortune teller who tells her she must find her true love before turning 25 or risk looking like the hideous creature she transforms into on a permanent basis. With her 25 birthday just a month away, her life takes an unexpected turn when a strange visitor shows up.
Ryder meets Finian, a Fae prince who lets her know she's actually his pet and the reason she’s ugly is because she hasn’t matured yet. Matured Changelings go for a exorbitant price on the black market and in a few weeks, Finian will be able to collect money for Ryder as he plans to breed her. Ryder's in shock, but when Finian shows her his family mark that she bears on her thigh, she realizes he’s telling the truth.
To ensure she transforms into a beautiful creature without anyone stealing her, Finian leaves Hugh, a Primordial Sabre tooth tiger to protect her. But it’s not long before things heat up between Hugh and Ryder.
Hugh feels displaced in this new human realm and there is a lot of humor as he tries to acclimate to his surroundings. With the promise of finding himself and all of his 25 other brothers a mate, Hugh undertakes his bodyguard assignment with apprehension. On one hand, he doesn't want to fail his brothers, but his feelings for Ryder grow on a daily basis, especially since she's becoming more beautiful every day. He just doesn’t know if he should leave her to her fate.
Can Hugh keep his feelings at bay and complete his vow? Or will he succumb to his feelings and keep Ryder for himself?

Wanted...truly reads like just another book in the series. There isn't a coming together of the past characters to make it "feel" like a series wrap up.
We get fleeting glimpses of the past couples, but a bit more would have really given me closure of the series. Perhaps there are more books in the works! *fingers crossed*
I just hope there isn’t another Changeling story. Can’t say I’m a huge fan of anything to do with reptiles. LOL :)
